Appreciation meditation

We start by connecting to our body and breath.

Bring the person you are going to give feedback to to mind, and notice what your initial emotional reaction is. Is it positive or negative?

Ask yourself, ‘What do I appreciate about this person?’ and leave space to see if an answer bubbles up.

Afterwards, take some notes to keep these qualities fresh in your mind.
