What do I need?

Many of us have spent a lifetime overriding our needs, which can make it hard to know what they even are any more.

In this meditation, we will create some space to slow down and really try to notice what we want right now.

It starts with some body and breath awareness and the ask yourselves the question, three times, what do I need?

Instead of doing lots of thinking, try to just leave a space and see if an answer arises to meet the question.
