Learning to thrive under pressure.

The challenge

At Prudential, high pressure, heavy workloads and long hours had become the norm.

Many team members felt overwhelmed by stress and fatigue, struggling to prioritise effectively while neglecting their own wellbeing.

Our approach

To address this, we started by building our understanding Prudential’s unique challenges, identifying key stressors and areas where employees most needed support.

We worked with leadership to build organisational awareness of the importance of wellbeing and its impact on performance.

Given the time pressures on participants we designed and delivered a series of bite-size workshops on resilience, emotional intelligence, and communication, building skills over time to enable managers to better handle pressure, strengthen relationships, and improve communication.
