Visualising change

This meditation will help you to imagine the change you want has already happened.

Start by connecting your body and breath.

Now, start to imagine the change that you want has already happened. For example, imagine coming to work calm, confident and focused, your team thriving, celebrating successes together and high-fiving.

Imagine laughing and having fun together while getting great results.

Notice how it feels in your body when you imagine this.

Allow yourself to really connect to this feeling.
